Wage & Salary Survey

The Waters Consulting Group, based in Dallas, Texas, provides services to clients across the nation in the field of wage and salary system development, performance management, and other related human resource areas. WCG, through an agreement with the LMA, collects and distributes data of salary and benefits accorded to Louisiana municipal elected officials and other key positions in municipal governments throughout the state. The data is posted and stored in WCG's web based SurveyNatigator system, which participating municipalities can access through User ID's and passwords provided by the LMA. This service allows officials of member villages, towns, and cities to research compensation and benefits provided to municipal officials and employees in jurisdictions of like or comparable size and population.
